I worked closely with Ev at MPB for the best part of 2 years. The first thing to say about Ev is his drive to 'do it for the customer' - everything he is about, is customer, customer, customer. We worked together on many projects, including the launch of MPB's platforms. The most exciting piece we worked together on was planning and developing a service design blueprint. This was a hugely important project for us and we had to start from scratch with it. The blueprint has been used across the business to identify process, people, product gaps.
