I worked closely with Ev at MPB for the best part of 2 years. The first thing to say about Ev is his drive to 'do it for the customer' - everything he is about, is customer, customer, customer. Just what you need in a top level UX & service designer. His attention to detail is second to none and he has a real skill to get to the root of customer issues. We worked together on many projects, including the launch of MPB's platforms. The most exciting piece we worked together on was planning and developing a service design blueprint. This was a hugely important project for us and we had to start from scratch with it. The blueprint has been used across the business to identify process, people, product gaps.

Hey there, I'm Ev - a UX Researcher with a passion for all things tech and learning new skills. I've often heard that if you look after your body your mind will follow. You'll usually find me sporting shorts and doing something active, but when I'm not on the move, I'm addicted to podcasts - especially those focused on behavioural and health sciences. With a background in Medical Product Design, expertise in research methodologies, and 9 years in industry, I'm always up for a challenge and ready to build engaging experiences that delight users.
